Standard & Poor’s Rating Services said it raised its counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on the members of the Ohio Casualty Insurance Co. Intercompany Pool to “triple-B-plus” from “triple-B.”

S&P, based in New York, also said it raised its counterparty credit and senior debt ratings on Ohio Casualty Corp., Ohio Casualty’s parent holding company based in Fairfield, Ohio, to “double-B-plus” from “double-B”
