Insurance Services Office Inc., Jersey City, NJ, said that it has introduced new software with functions to help claims investigators with their public record search needs.
ISO said that the new NetMap for Claims Version 4.5 would provide investigators direct access to public records information, improved messaging systems and mapping functions.
NetMap analyzes internal and external fraud through the databases of insurers, ISO ClaimSearch and Decision Net in order to find possible hidden connections linking fraudulent activity.
