Nine producers from across the country will compete in a"reality" program--"The Ultimate Producer Challenge"--next monthduring the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America'sannual conference.
Insurance sales coach Roger Sitkins of the Sitkins Group in FortMyers, Fla., will act as the contest's host and judge. The contestwill take place on Sept. 12 during the IIABA's meeting in New YorkCity.
The nine contestants will go through a series of group andindividual sales exercises and tests from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.Throughout the day, producers will be eliminated from thecompetition based on their performance, as determined by thejudge.
