James S. Barton was named chief executive officer and presidentof Hub International Barton, a Canadian subsidiary of HubInternational.
Mr. Barton succeeds his father, R. Craig Barton, the founder ofBarton Insurance, who will serve as chairman, the Chicago-basedinsurance broker said.
James Barton began his career with Barton Insurance in 1977. Hewas named senior vice president of Hub Barton in 1991 and presidentand chief operating officer in January 2005.
