NU Online News Service, May 24, 2005, 2:35 p.m. EDT–Jardine Lloyd Thompson, LLC, announced the creation of its Emerging Markets division aimed at addressing the needs of its U.S.-domiciled clients involved in emerging markets across the world.
John M. Minor was named president of the new division. He will be in charge of assisting U.S. companies manage their risks associated with these markets.
JLT, LLC, based in Houston, provides service in targeted lines of business including casualty, construction, employee benefits, energy & marine, and health care among others. JLT, LLC is a subsidiary of the London-based Jardine Lloyd Thompson group of companies.
