NU Online News Service, May 11, 11:52 a.m.EDT--Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it has acquiredWorkCare Northwest Inc., a program administrator headquartered inBoise, Idaho.
Terms of the deal were not released, the Itasca, Ill.-basedinsurance broker said.
Established in 1998, WorkCare specializes in workers'compensation insurance for a diverse range of industries. Itsbusiness is derived from independent insurance agents and brokersin the western U.S., Gallagher said.
