Colorado Ready To Sue Big Title Insurer

NU Online News Service, March 11, 9:20 a.m. EST?Colorado will file suit against LandAmerica title insurance company, seeking payments to customers whose premiums were allegedly inflated to cover kickback costs, the state's insurance commissioner said.
