The American Conference Institute said the event on Feb. 16 atthe Warwick Hotel in New York is sponsored by a consulting firm,and will provide expert advice and guidance on how to avoid beingthe center of negative investigations.

ACI said with the current scrutiny by regulators and attorneysgeneral, the threat of civil litigation, and governmentinvestigations, "industry professionals are arming themselves withthe best strategies for responding to the Pandora's box of allegedwrongdoing."
