NU Online News Service, Feb. 24, 1:43 p.m. EST--As the sun came out and the floodwaters receded, efforts to repair and rebuild began in Los Angeles today in the wake of the most recent rainstorms to hit the city, prompting over 1,500 claims to be filed with insurers, with many more expected next week.[@@]
