Quanta Appoints Byrne European CUO

Quanta Europe Ltd. is based in Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Byrne mostrecently was a vice president and financial lines manager-Iberiafor AIG Europe S.A., a member of American International Group basedin Madrid.
