Contingency Fees Should Survive Probe By Spitzer

By saying “face it, the contingency fee system is doomed” because of investigations by New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer and others into industry practices, National Underwriter‘s editor-in-chief, Sam Friedman, has over-generalized in his editorial comments without all the facts.
