New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer has lined up at least three insurance executives who have pled guilty to fraud-related charges and are cooperating in his investigation of allegations that the world’s largest insurance broker, Marsh, rigged the placement of insurance contracts to obtain bonus contingency fees.
