B&B Wholesaler Expands To 50 States
NU Online News Service, Dec. 17, 11:14 a.m. EST?Old Line Insurance, a managing general agency specializing in securing coverage for bed-and-breakfasts and country inns said it is now offering its program in Florida and Texas.[@@]
The Mt. Airy, Md.-based firm said its commercial property and liability coverage program is now available in all 50 states.
Old Line said it previously did not offer its program in those two states because carriers viewed the two states' markets as too risky due to the high incidence of property losses.
The MGA said it now has a combination of carriers involving Lloyd's of London and other "A"-rated carriers willing to write in these states. The program includes wind coverage.
