System Offers Agencies Temporary Disaster Help
NU Online News Service, Sept. 10, 10:35 p.m. EDT?Afni Insurance Services announced yesterday that it is offering Service911, a new emergency service to help insurance agencies respond to customers when agency office operations are cut off by hurricanes or other emergencies.[@@]
When an agency's phone service is knocked out or Internet service isn't available, Afni's call center can step in to provide response, said Simsbury, Conn.-based Afni.
