British P.M.'s Wife, Cherie Blair, To Address CIAB

Ms. Blair will deliver the 2004 Distinguished Speaker luncheon address on Oct. 4, during the groups' Insurance Leadership Forum at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.
