KKR Shareholder To Sell 20 Million Shares
NU Online News Service, Feb. 13, 4:22 p.m. EST?Insurance broker Willis Group Holdings Limited said one of its shareholders, Profit Sharing (Overseas), Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. and Fisher Capital Corp. L.L.C., is selling 20 million shares of common stock it owns.[@@]
Profit Sharing currently holds approximately 35.8 million shares of common stock, Willis said.
