Gallagher Buys Two Agencies In Louisiana
|NU Online News Service, Feb. 6, 11:46 a.m.EST?Insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. saidthe firm has acquired two insurance agencies in Baton Rouge, La.Terms were not disclosed.
|Gallagher, based in Itasca, Ill., said the new additions areRoberts & Eastland, LLC, and Persac Insurance Agency, whichshared the same facility.
|Roberts & Eastland, established in 1922, and PersacInsurance, founded in 1952, offer risk management,property-casualty and benefit insurance services to commercial andpersonal lines clients in the Southeast.
|William Marks, Jack Persac III and Richard "Bud" Parnell, theagency principals, and their staff will continue to operate intheir current location.
