Kibble & Prentice Acquires BGI
NU Online News Service, Jan. 30, 10:44 a.m. EST?Kibble & Prentice, a financial services firm providing insurance, employee benefits and consulting services, announced the acquisition of BGI Inc., based in Seattle.[@@]
Kibble & Prentice, based in Seattle and Bellevue, Wash., said the acquisition would bring the firm to 173 employees and increase its client base by more than 1,000. No financial terms were released.
