Claims Software Providers Link For Strategic Solution

Under the alliance, users of both Guidewire's claim system, Guidewire ClaimCenter, and First Notice's claim intake application, ClaimCapture, would find seamless integration to third-party systems for services such as direct repair program referrals, ordering police reports, flagging suspicious claims, and more.
The new setup would transmit notifications of these activities directly into the claim file.
Both applications, the companies said, can easily integrate with multiple legacy systems, including policy administration systems.
First Notice Systems a subsidiary of Boston-based Concentra, Inc., is a provider of claim reporting and customer service solutions to the insurance and healthcare industries. Guidewire Software, based in San Mateo, Calif., provides Web-based claims solutions to property-casualty and workers' compensation insurers.
