Travelers Develops Comp Incident E-Notice
NU Online News Service, Dec. 11, 4:00 p.m. EST?Hartford, Conn.-based Travelers Property Casualty Corp. has introduced an electronic Claim Alerts system that quickly notifies workers' compensation policyholders of claim events.[@@]
Under the new system, risk managers receive major event notifications of claims by e-mail, pager or a hand-held message device. Risk managers receive immediate access to the claim detail through this new system.
