MTB Acquires N.Y. Agency
NU Online News Service, Oct. 22, 11:04 a.m.EDT?Matthews, Bartlett & Dedecker Inc., a wholly ownedsubsidiary of Buffalo, N.Y.-based M&T Bank, has acquired theLounsbury Insurance Agency in Manlius, N.Y.
The Lounsbury agency was founded in 2001 by Tucker H. Lounsbury,its president. He will become a vice president of MBD and willserve as the manager of the property-casualty insurance operationin the Syracuse, N.Y. region.
