Arthur J. Gallagher Buys Human Resources Firm
NU Online News Service, Oct. 24, 12:24 p .m.EDT?Insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. hasannounced the acquisition of HRadvantage LLC, a human-resourcespecialist firm based in Waukegan, Ill. Terms of the purchase werenot announced.
Gallagher, based in Itasca, Ill., said HRadvantage's managementteam and its staff will continue to operate out of their currentoffice under the direction of James Durkin, president of GallagherBenefit Services, a unit of Arthur J. Gallagher.
