AIG Aviation Names Myers Chairman

Steve Blakey, executive vice president of AIG Aviation, will assume Mr. Myers' former role as president. Mr. Blakey joined AIG in 1980 and was appointed to his current post in 1997.
Mr. Myers began his career in aviation underwriting in 1966 when he started working at Southeastern Aviation Underwriters. He joined AIG Aviation in 1983 when Southeastern Aviation was bought by AIG. Mr. Myers has been serving as AIG Aviation's president since 1993.
