HRH Names New President
NU Online News Service, Aug. 28, 1:06 p.m. EDT- Richmond, Va.-based insurance broker Hilb, Rogal and HamiltonCo., has named Robert B. Lockhart as its president and chiefoperating officer.
The position was held by Martin L. Vaughan III, before he wasnamed chairman and chief executive officer effective in May, thebroker said yesterday.
