Stephen Smith Named Rigg Agency President
NU Online News Service, May 6, 3:12 p.m.EDT?Stephen B. Smith has joined Wm. Rigg Co. as presidentfor the Texas multiple-line independent insurance agency, the RiggGroup Chairman Cecil Y. Ray Jr. announced.
Mr. Smith will be based in the Dallas office of Wm. Rigg, whichalso has offices in Fort Worth and Houston. The position he assumeshad been held for some years by Mr. Ray. The change is part of anongoing succession plan, a company spokesperson said.
