Supreme Court Ruling Troubles Health Insurers

NU Online News Service, April 2, 4:12 p.m. EST, Washington?Health insurers and property-casualty insurers were disappointed with a United States Supreme Court decision today upholding Kentucky's any willing provider statute?a decision the health insurers say will drive up health insurance premiums and may diminish health care quality.
