S&P Launches Online Insurance Data Portal
NU Online News Service, April 3, 3:52 p.m.EST?Standard & Poor's Ratings Services announced todayit has launched a new online insurance database for industryprofessionals.
Called "ClassicDirect," the portal offers Web-based access tomore than 4,000 insurer financial strength ratings and research andfinancial data from S&P, including latest rating actions. Thedatabase covers all sectors in the industry, includingproperty-casualty, life, reinsurers, health plans and mortgageinsurers.
