AIG Renames Auto Unit
NU Online News Service, March 25, 12:26 p.m.EST?American International Group Inc. said it has changedthe name of AIG Specialty Auto to AIG Agency Auto to bettercommunicate its commitment to the independent agency distributionchannel.
AIG Agency Auto, a unit of American International Companies,currently provides insurance products covering private passengerautomobiles and motorcycles through a network of more than 9,000agents in 30 states, according to New York City-based AIG.
