Brown & Brown Acquires A California Agency
NU Online News Service, Jan 3, 3:46 p.m.EST?Insurance broker Brown & Brown Inc. announced thecompletion of its acquisition of MFC&V Insurance Services, withoffices in Santa Barbara, Lompoc and Camarillo, Calif.
The MFC&V is a multi-line agency dealing in commercialproperty-casualty, life and group health benefits, with annualrevenues of approximately $12 million, the broker said. The firmhas been doing business in the region for 67 years.
