EPLI Seminar Series Launches In May
A series of employment practices liability educational seminars to be held across the country from May until July will offer guidance on how risk managers, human resource professionals and attorneys, as well as insurance agents and brokers can protect against increasingly complex employment-related exposures.
The seminars–sponsored by The National Underwriter Company (parent of this publication), the Risk and Insurance Management Society, and the Florida Workers' Compensation Institute, and co-sponsored by four leading law firms–are designed to give attendees the background knowledge and tools they'll need to help prevent employment practices claims and defend against any such claims should they arise.
