Alliance Sets Corporate Governance Seminar
NU Online News Service, Oct. 7, 12:02 p.m. EST?The Alliance of American Insurers said it will hold a seminar for top company executives to instruct them in the new legal requirements for corporate governance.
The organization, based in Downers Grove, Ill., said the event on Nov. 14 in Chicago will be co-sponsored by KPMG.
