SCOR, Gerling Group Talk Acquisition
NU Online News Service, Sept. 4, 9:09 a.m.EST?SCOR in Paris and the Cologne, Germany-based GerlingGroup are engaged in discussions about a possible acquisition ofGerling?s entire life reinsurance activities and the majority ofits third-party non-life reinsurance activities, the company'sannounced today.
SCOR said its board of directors will inform SCOR's shareholdersof the outcome of these discussions in the coming weeks.
