Hartford Offers Free Cyber-Risk Course
NU Online News Service, Aug. 21, 4:05 p.m. EST?The Hartford Financial Services Group announced it will offer a free online course to insurance agents to help them identify and protect their clients from cyber risks.
"As a major distribution force, independent agents can play a critical role in educating business clients about their Internet and other technology or network-related risks," said Tom Hartzell, director of the commercial eLearning team for The Hartford. "This is a new and evolving area of exposure, so it's important to provide agents and brokers with the information they need to properly advise their customers."
