Arbella Insurance Group signed a five-year, $20 million contract with CGI Group. CGI will supply full document management services to the New England P&C insurance carrier so that Arbella will realize cost savings, improve client services, and gain access to enhanced technology.

After digging out of seven feet of snow, Olean, N.Y.-based Iroquois Group signed a deal with BrokerSecure (part of the InsureZone family of Secure companies). BrokerSecure will deliver a private-label Web platform for Iroquoiss 1,225 member-agents to obtain quotes and bind policies for small commercial insurance. BrokerSecure will also create a full-spectrum, Iroquois-branded service center for post-sales fulfillment and support.

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) has agreed to promote Vitrias products to its 43 member plans. The five-year agreement concerns Vitrias BusinessWare, which allows companies to integrate information systems both within and outside of the enterprise.
COPIC Insurance Company has gone live with DTIs Oasis product line, including Oasis Policy Management, Claims Management, Financial Management and Risk Management components.
