Ruth Goodwin Picked As CSR Of The Year
NU Online News Service, Aug. 1, 10:16 a.m. EST-A key industry awardfor insurance customer service representation has gone to Ruth E.Goodwin of the Davis Insurance Agency in Ludlow, Vt.
Ms. Goodwin, it was announced today, has been selected as thewinner of the "2001 National Outstanding CSR of the Year Award" bythe Austin, Texas-based Society of Certified Insurance ServiceRepresentatives and the Society of Certified InsuranceCounselors.
Ms. Goodwin, who receives $1,000 and a gold and diamond lapelpin with the award, was selected from a field of 36 state winners.Her employer receives a scholarship.
