Captive Classroom Offered Through RIMS

The Bermuda Insurance Institute has created a traveling “Captive Classroom” for risk managers and other executives interested in going that route, said David Fox, director of information services at the Hamilton-based institute.

Here experts explain new concepts in the insurance world and “help shed further light on existing programs,” he said. The presentation is being used as part of a Risk and Insurance Management Society educational initiative, offered directly to chapters of the New York-based RIMS.
