The Oregon Division of Financial Regulation published a news release announcing the Wildfire Emergency Order from July 31, 2026, and has been extended a second time for 30 days to October 29.
The emergency order had an effective period of 30 days but was extended by the Director for an additional 30 days. The extension was set to expire on September 29, 2026, but was extended to October 29.
