The Oregon Division of Financial Regulation published a bulletin informing insurers which ZIP codes are subject to the Wildfire Emergency Order from July 31, 2026.

The Division is monitoring the situation and will make updates as necessary. Updates will be provided through GovDelivery and published on the Division's website and will include any dates necessary for compliance with the emergency order.

A chart of the affected counties and corresponding ZIP codes can be found in the bulletin.

August 11 Update

The following locations and ZIP codes were added on August 11, 2026, and are subject to the emergency order:

Douglas County - 97497
Jackson County – 97497
Josephine County - 97497

As the Division stated in the first bulletin, they are monitoring the situation and making updates as necessary. Additional ZIP codes subject to the order were added on August 3, August 5, August 7, and August 10.

August 12 Update

The following location and ZIP code has been added on August 12, 2026, and is subject to the emergency order:

Klamath County – 97603

August 14 Update

The following location and ZIP code has been added on August 12, 2026, and is subject to the emergency order:

Jackson County - 97537

August 18 Update

The following location and ZIP code has been added on August 18, 2026, and is subject to the emergency order:

Lake County – 97638, 97640

August 20 Update

The following location and ZIP code has been added on August 18, 2026, and is subject to the emergency order:

Wallowa County – 97828, 97842

August 31 Update

The following location and ZIP code has been added on August 12, 2026, and is subject to the emergency order:

Deschutes County – 97703

The emergency order had an effective period of 30 days. The Director has determined that the order is still necessary and has issued an order extending the effective period for an additional 30 days.
