The Arkansas Insurance Department published a bulletin announcing that there will be an assessment for Arkansas Rual Risk Underwriting Association (ARRUA) members.
Arkansas Code provides that the governing board can make assessments as necessary in order to pay all of the loss claims and expenses of the association. Each company must pay $200 to ARRUA. The assessment is due by December 31, 2026.
