The North Carolina Department of Insurance published a bulletin informing insurers of the semiannual data call for nonfleet private passenger motor vehicle physical damage and homeowners residential property insurance.
The data call applies to insurers that issued Consent to Rate policies from 1/1/2026 through 6/30/26. Companies that have not written any consent to rates for the listed coverages during the listed period need not respond.
The homeowners residential property data only applies to properties with no more than four housing units. The forms should be submitted by November 6, 2026.
