The man claimed that his vehicle was rear-ended by a semi-truck while he was stopped in traffic, and that the driver of the semi refused to pull over and exchange information. During an investigation by the Task Force, it was discovered an independent witness had placed a separate 911 call describing the actions of a white Jeep driving recklessly and swerving in an out of lanes to keep the semi behind his vehicle, and the driver repeatedly break checked the semi, ultimately causing an accident the semi was unable to avoid. The semi-truck's dashcam showed the erratic driving behavior of the driver of the white Jeep, corroborating the 911 witness account.
