The department issued a bulletin rescinding Directive 204 that had been issued May 5, 2026. Directive 204 required the submission of market data relating to residential property and private passenger auto insurance through the POIDRS module. The department has developed alternate means to collecting the information needed to monitor the residential property and private passenger auto markets, so Directive 204 is no longer necessary and is thereby rescinded effective August 17, 2026.
