The Bureau of Insurance has issued a bulletin advising that any claim to be asserted against the Main Workers' Compensation Residual Market Pool, which is responsible for issuing workers compensation insurance between 1/1/1988 and 12/31/1992 for employers that could not purchase such insurance in the voluntary market must submit such a claim by 4 p.m. September 15, 2026. The claim must be submitted in email to John F. Lambert, Jr. - [email protected]. Any claims not submitted in writing by the deadline will be forever barred. A copy of the bulletin can be found here.
