A producer has been fined and had her license revoked for failing to remit premium payments to the insurer. She was also fined $2,000. An investigation by the division's Anti-Fraud Unit showed that she had improperly withheld 18 cash receipts from consumer payments totaling $7269.38. An insurer filed a complaint with the department that initiated the investigation.
