A woman was sentenced to 19 to 24 months of probation for insurance fraud and 12 months of underlying prison time if the probation is violated. The woman's auto policy had been cancelled before she was involved in an accident. After the accident she had the policy reinstated but omitted to tell the insurer about the loss.
