The Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance published a bulletin following up on a previous one announcing a Conduent cybersecurity breach.

Conduent suffered a cybersecurity breach where an unauthorized party had access to confidential files from October 21, 2024, to January 13, 2025. The files included names, addresses, social security numbers, and medical records.

The Department is asking any insurer that used Conduent prior to or during the time of the breach to contact the Market Conduct contact of the Department at [email protected].

Insurers are also reminded that they are required to report cybersecurity breaches to the Director on the department website.
