The department has issued a bulletin advising all property insurers, including the FAIR plan,advising them of requirements to provide applicants upon application, and policyholders annually, with notices disclosing the property's wildfire risk score, the insurer's wildfire risk score range, available mitigation discounts and any appeal rights.
