The Maryland Insurance Administration published a bulletin announcing an address change for the Maryland Joint Insurance Association and informs insurers of notice requirements as a result.
The Maryland Joint Insurance Association is the state's FAIR plan provider.The association's new address, effective April 10, 2026, is:

Insurers should be sure to list the association's correct address and telephone number when issuing cancellation and nonrenewal notices. Forms should be updated before the effective date of the new address, effective April 10, 2026.
