A pair of sisters were arrested, and each was charged with one count of insurance fraud and one count of conspiracy, both felony charges. The two conspired to make an accident look like it occurred after the policy was in force. They also submitted additional claims for injuries that occurred as a result of the loss. In reality, the accident occurred before the policy was in force, and the one woman was not in the vehicle at the time of the loss.
