A man was arrested and charged with a total of 21 insurance-related crimes. Charges included six counts of identity theft, six counts of insurance fraud, six counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, and three counts of attempting to obtain property by false pretenses. All charges are felony offenses. The man assumed the identities of six different people and then filed multiple auto accident claims with multiple insurers to obtain payment for damages.
